Regular service at the right interval, carried out by people who know the machine, using parts designed for it. That is the whole formula — and it is the difference between a compressor that lasts a decade and one that surprises you on a Monday morning.
Filters stop dust entering the air and oil circuit without adding a pressure drop of their own. Separating oil from the air matters just as much — it is what keeps air quality and running reliability where they should be.
A trusted compressor is built with parts that deliver the efficiency and reliability you paid for. Generic replacements interfere with those specifications, invite breakdowns and shorten equipment life. Original filters, separators and service kits keep uptime high, service intervals long and total cost of ownership down.
A separator not built for your compressor's pressures wears out faster. Every 1 bar of pressure drop across it adds around 7% to your energy consumption — and poor separation carries oil downstream.
Compressor oil is a blend of base oil and additives, balanced for the job. Shaffaf lubricants are formulated to realise a compressor's full potential — optimal lubrication and cooling, protection against premature wear and corrosion, minimal wear and tear, and lower running costs.
